Staithes is a small fishing village 10 miles north of Whitby close to plenty of wrecks & good ground fishing
I have 40 years experience of the sea starting out as a full time commercial fisherman & owing my own boat at 18 . I joined the RNLI at 18 becoming a helmsman & served 30+ years.
I have always been a keen angler from a very young age -I have a passion for fishing & the sea .
